Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
I sell services, not products. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. This page explains what happens if a project is cancelled or the work is not right.
Before work starts
Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before I begin work. Once I have started, the deposit covers the time already committed.
During a project
You can cancel at any time with written notice. You pay for the work completed to that point, and any unused portion of a prepaid amount is refunded. I hand over whatever has been finished.
If the work is wrong
If something I delivered does not do what the agreed scope said it would, tell me. I fix it at no charge. That applies for 30 days after delivery, and it applies to defects in my own work, not to changes made by you, by an app, or by a Shopify platform update afterwards.
If you change your mind
Work that has been completed and accepted is not refundable because the direction changed. New direction is new scope, quoted separately. I would rather quote it honestly than argue about it later.
Third party costs
App subscriptions, fonts, stock assets, and platform fees are paid to other companies and cannot be refunded by me. Cancel those directly with the provider.
How to ask
Send the project name and what you want resolved through the contact form. I reply within 24 hours and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of agreement.
Plain language starting point, not legal advice. Check it against how you actually want to handle disputes before publishing.
