Privacy policy

This site is a static website. It does not run a store, does not take payments, and does not set advertising cookies. That makes the privacy picture short.

Who runs this site

Dana Lee Gibson, Lehigh Acres, Florida. You can reach me through the contact form.

What is collected

Contact form. If you use the contact form, the name, email address, store URL, and message you type are stored and forwarded to me by the form handling service. I use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

Hosting logs. The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

No tracking pixels. There is no Facebook pixel, no ad network tag, and no cross site tracking on this site. If analytics are added later, they will be listed here and will be limited to aggregate page counts.

What is not collected

No account is required to read anything here. No payment information ever touches this site. Nothing on this site is sold to anyone.

How long it is kept

Contact form messages are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and any follow up work, then deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period under their own policy.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete any message you have sent, or any contact record I hold about you, by sending a request through the contact form. I will do it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, you have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted. The same contact form covers all three requests.

Third parties

The site is hosted on a static hosting platform and the contact form is processed by that same platform. Links to other websites are not covered by this policy, and I am not responsible for what those sites do.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than buried.
